If you purchased one of our products but never received an email with the license key, start by checking your spam folder. Our license emails are usually not recognized as spam, but it can happen if you have custom spam filters in place.
If you've waited over 20 minutes and there is still no email to be seen, you can get in contact with Paddle. Paddle is the merchant through which we sell our apps, and they will help you with any issues related to your order.
