If you want to cancel your Sensei Subscription, please contact us using the Submit a Ticket button at the top right of this page.
We are working on building an Account section on the website where you can see your purchases and manage your subscription. This feature is estimated to launch in April.
Until then, cancellations are processed manually, usually within 48h. If we don't have a chance to process your cancellation request before your renewal charge, we will of course refund you the full amount.
