After thorough investigation, we've concluded that this is not an issue with Sensei.
This is an issue that originates from within macOS. It affects several apps from different vendors, and Apple has acknowledged to developers that this error is under active investigation by them. For now, we have to wait for an official solution to this problem.
Temporary workarounds to this issue:
- Launching the app a second time should proceed without issues.
- Some users have reported that booting their Mac in safe mode, launching Sensei there, then rebooting normally have resolved this issue.
- Try downloading and reinstalling the app from the website.
